Daphne Tideman is a startup coach who helps eco-friendly startups and growth hackers grow faster. She has worked with more than 200 companies and 10x the subscriber base of a firm in just 18 months.

Daphne was the former Head of Growth Consultancy at RockBoost. She joined RockBoost as their very first employee and grew it to a large consultancy that worked with clients such as Cisco, Fox Network Group, ING, TikTok, and Parkmobile. After RockBoost, Daphne joined Heights as their Head of Growth, an innovative venture-backed startup focused on brain care.

She now works as a freelance growth coach and mentor, guiding founders and heads of growth through various growth challenges, such as channel scaling and finding product-market fit.
